UBC Japan Online Satellite Tournaments

The winner earns a seat in UBC Japan (Tokyo, April 29 – May 2) with an entry value of JPY 40,000.

Platform: Backgammon Galaxy

Format: 8-player knockout tournament

Analysis: Galaxy 4-ply (same as UBC Online)

Entry Fee: JPY 5,000
(No GM discounts or other reductions)

Match Format (Dual-Duel)

7-point matches. A player wins only if they win both:

  • the match result, and
  • the PR (Performance Rating) result.

If not, the match is a draw and is replayed at 5 points. If the draw continues: 3 points → 1 point. The final 1-point match is repeated until a decisive result is achieved.

Once pairings are decided, players must contact each other and complete their match within approximately one week.

優勝者は4月29日～5月2日に東京で開催されるUBC Japanの参加権利（40,000円相当）を獲得します。

場所：Backgammon Galaxy（https://www.backgammongalaxy.com/）

方式：8人トーナメント

解析：Galaxyの4ply（UBC Onlineと同様）

参加費：5,000円（GM割引等無し）

対戦方式

7ポイントマッチのDual-Duel勝負。試合結果とPR結果の両方で勝てば勝ち。
さもないとドローとなり、ポイント数を5ポイントに短くして再勝負となる。
（ドローが続けば3ポイント→1ポイントと短くなり、最後は1ポイントを決着がつくまで行う。）
